Enthalpy

Powered machines, engines that burn what you grow, and fish you breed into iron, diamonds and fuel. Everything feeds something else.

Machines#

Grind, saw, smelt, alloy, separate, distil and react. Every machine upgrades with tier kits and modules.

Power#

Four engines burn furnace fuel, lava, steam, or oils and fuels you make yourself. Store it in a Voltaic Cell, or send it without wires.

Fish#

Breed new species, then farm them in the Ecotone, where fish and crops feed each other. Bred fish yield resources: iron, redstone, emeralds, oil.

Weapons#

The Haddock Howitzer fires fish. The Kingfish Katana lunges. Crystals grown in salt give both an element.

Power#

Caloric EngineBurns any furnace fuel into power. Usually the first engine you build.Igneous EngineBurns lava from a tank or a pipe. A steady, higher-output engine for anyone with a lava supply.Ignition EngineBurns oils and refined fuels, including other mods' fluids that share the same tags, for the most output of the fluid engines.Kettle EngineBurns steam piped in from the Vortex Separator, turning a little water and lava into steady power.Voltaic CellStores FE, charges items, and with a Tesla module powers every machine around it without cables.

Water and growing#

AquiferMakes water from nothing, no power needed, and waters and lights the crops around it.

Fish#

EcotoneAn aquaponics multiblock where pairs of fish and a few crops feed each other, farming resources, produce and more fish.Spawning BasinBreeds one pair of fish, and with the right catalyst mutates them into a new species.Tank HatchTurns a box of glass into an aquarium for your fish. Purely decorative: no power, water or upkeep.
